Pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, we inform you that the company Claudio Anselmi Remo Srl deals with personal data of customers and suppliers and persons who voluntarily communicate (by telephone, fax or e-mail) their own personal data to the sales office or to the company management.

 

In conformity with the in force normative dispositions, the company guarantees that the processing of personal data takes place in respect for human fundamental rights, freedoms and dignity, with particular respect to confidentiality, personal identity and the right of personal data protection. 

 

Aims of personal data treatment:

 

• To fulfil duties related to law, regulations, legislation, EU regulations and civil and tax law;

• To fulfil potential contractual obligations towards the concerned parties;

• To perform all tasks connected with the management of our business, such as the internal statistics, invoicing, bookkeeping of customers and suppliers;

• Commercial purposes such as sending business information and advertising material (by post, fax or e-mail), marketing and market research;

• To manage credit and liabilities, insurance purposes, such as credit insurance.

 

In relation to the mentioned purposes, personal data will be disclosed to:

 

• To public and local government and authorities accordingly to law dispositions;

• To financial institutions in collaboration with our company, to manage credits and liabilities and financing arrangements;

• To all those public and/or private persons and company (legal, corporate, administrative and tax offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.), in case the communication is deemed necessary or functional to perform business activities for the mentioned aims;

• To business agents who have contractual relationships with our company.

 

The personal data processed by the company are not subject to disclosure.

 

The treatment can be performed through electronic or automated means and it concerns all the operations listed in art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196. The treatment will be carried out with all security measures needed to guarantee confidentiality in relation with personal data.

 

 

The Privacy Code ensures the exercise of certain rights, in accordance with art. 7, to the person involved with the data treatment. In particular, it is possible to obtain, from the company’s owner, the confirmation of the existence of personal data and their communication in intelligible form. The party concerned may also request the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of treatment and the identification data of the company’s owner, of the company’s responsible for data treatment and of the subjects to whom personal data may be communicated.

 

 

Furthermore, the person concerned has the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the privacy law. 

The interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data if there are legitimate reasons; and he can object to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;  this latter objection does not require legitimate reasons to be performed.
