Venison sausages, a popular and widespread product of Trentino traditional cuisine, are characterized by a remarkable and peculiar taste. Differntly from the common pork sausages, the deer ones present a more intense colour and taste. The seasoning process is adaptable to customers preferences.
Venison sausages are shipped in vacuum packages in order to guarantee the perfect conditions for their preservation for a period of 2 months.
