Carne salada is a traditional product of Trentino: it is exclusively prepared with high quality beef. Carne salada is a delicious idea for starter if combined with flakes of Grana(type of parmesan cheese), rocket and some drops of oil, or it can be appreciated raw or toasted on a hot plate as second course.
Carne salada is shipped in vacuum packages in order to guarantee the perfect conditions for its preservation for a period of one month and an half.
