The seasoned sausage represents the typical deliciousness of Trentino traditional cuisine and it consists exclusively of pork meat. These sausages are prepared through a unique grinding process and they are seasoned accordingly to customers preferences. .
The seasoned sausage is shipped in vacuum packages in order to guarantee the perfect conditions for its preservation for a period of 3 months.
