The preparation of seasoned sausages is based on a double grinding procedure which ensures a finer grain in respect to common salami. This product, a widespread delight in Trentino, can be seasoned accordingly to customers preferences.
The seasoned sausages are shipped in vacuum packages in order to guarantee the perfect conditions for its preservation for a period of 2 months.
